Questions

Good to know.

Do I need a new photo or drone shoot?

No. We work from the photos you already have. Better photos make a better film, so send the full set.

Will the house look different?

No. We never change the architecture, the finishes or the view. The camera moves; the home stays exactly as it is.

Are the people in the films real?

Lifestyle moments, like a couple walking to the pool, are created with AI and are always optional. Ask for a property-only film and we leave them out. Check your MLS rules before uploading a film with lifestyle moments.

Who owns the photos?

You need the right to use the listing photos, usually through your photographer's license. When you order, you confirm that you do.

How do I pay?

We send an invoice when your film is delivered. First-time clients pay only once they're happy with it.
